Come and Try Croquet!

Give croquet a try!  Meadows Croquet Club will be running a series of beginners coaching sessions in 2010 starting on Monday 10^th May.  The course will consist of four introductory coaching sessions running on Monday afternoons and evenings from 10^th May to 31^st May 2010.   Following the four formal coaching sessions you will then be entitled to attend another two more informal sessions on Mondays.   You can join either the afternoon or evening sessions, whichever is more convenient for you.  The afternoon sessions will start at 3.30 pm each Monday and the evening sessions at 6.30 pm.  They will each run for a couple of hours.

The course costs £30, and if you decide to join the club at the end of the course you will be able to do so at a special 50% introductory discount.

Don't worry if you know nothing about croquet - this course is designed for you.  Or if you have played croquet before, perhaps in the garden, but aren't really sure about all the rules, then come along - we'll teach you everything you need to know.

All you need to bring is a pair of flat soled shoes (trainers are fine).  The club has all the other equipment you will need.  Refreshments will be provided.
